Sinéad offers individual sessions for anyone who would like some time and space to explore a personal question, to work through a period of change or soul retrieval to deepen their connection with themselves.
Each session begins with a chat about what's brought you there and what you'd like to explore. Sinéad then guides you through a shamanic journey, accompanied by drumming. During the journey, you may experience images, sensations or insights that have meaning for you. Afterwards, there's time to talk through your experience together and consider how it might connect with your everyday life. You don't need any previous experience to take part.
There are some lovely connections between Sinéad's work and Tarot, particularly in the way both invite us to explore symbolism, reflect on our experiences and find our own meaning in things.
In my own Tarot practice, I sometimes meet people who are looking to explore something that calls for another approach. I think it's important to recognise the boundaries of our own work and to know when someone else might be better placed to help.
I'm fortunate to know Sinéad and to have someone I can confidently recommend when that time comes. I trust the way she works, the care she takes with people and the integrity she brings to her practice. That's important to me, and I'm very happy to share her work with you here.
